Stay in S&T, Pursue IB, or Accept an Asset Management Position?
The problem is, I am having trouble breaking into banking. The BB bank I am at now will not let me switch roles at this time, I'd likely have to wait a few years, and even then it wouldn't be guaranteed. While a few years isn't that long in the grand scheme of things, why waste time doing something I know I don't want to do long-term?
Any advice here? Thanks.
