Salary Expectations

I am in final round of interviews for a boutique AM firm. (around 10B aum). I'd be an Associate in T2 city (think Nashville TN). Coming from a non traditional background. Started in back office, moved to Private Banking (as an investment associate but more client meetings and asset allocation/fund investing, small stint in strategy consulting, now, hopefully, getting into direct public equity investing. Thing is I really don't know what salary or bonus should be since I haven't worked in the business. It hasn't been brought up yet at all in interviews. Don't want to sell myself short but don't want to not get an offer. Anyone familiar with comp at these firms? What should I expect base/bonus wise? Any negotiating advice?
