Impact on recruiting from COVID

Hi all,

Hope you are staying safe during those troubling times.
Would like to hear people's opinions on how recruiting has been impacted by COVID, be it intern/FT, and the sentiment for next year's intern class.

More interested in the situation at the MBA level but any input is welcomed.

Thanks!

We kept our commitment to interns and hires this summer, and are preparing to onboard a new analyst class here in a month or so I think. We've also kept up hiring more senior positions as well - although I will say on boarding is not the easiest thing given the conditions.

Next year's - same deal. Plans to have them as far as I'm aware. I think the challenge is more structural in how you give a great experience while not detracting from the organizations performance. While i'm inclined to say what's the difference in training someone virtually versus in person - it turns out, quite a bit. Takes getting used to from both sides.
