I applied online through handshake. A few weeks later, I was invited for an on campus interview. Then super day, and a few days later you'll be notified of offer. Before the interview, we were told to select what business we wanted to work for within GE (Healthcare, Aviation, or Power). The interview on campus was entirely behavioral and very relaxed. A few days later I was notified that I would be moving on to the super day for the specific business unit I selected. Super day consists of 3 30 minute interviews as well as a group activity. Interviews are still entirely behavioral. Group activity more focused on how you work in a group as opposed to testing your technical capabilities.
