Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The process is an introductory phone screen that serves as a first round, then second round phone screen with another analyst, then superday. Phone screens are very high level standard IB interviews, nothing difficult at all. Very easy behaviorals (Why Deloitte Corp Fin, Why IB, Why Middle Market, Tell me about yourself, etc) and Techs are also straight out of the guide maybe worded a little differently. Superday is a little more intense, 8 interviews back to back over 3 hours with a break in the middle. Almost all behavioral, one brief technical portion in one of the interviews (2 tech questions, not hard straight out of guide once again) and one interview that serves as a case study. (Super easy, basically just given a few numbers and asked to calculate FCF, and then value company based on EBITDA multiple) You hear back from superday within a day/2 days, phone screens take a while to hear back from.
