I had 3 mock interviews with Richard and I considered them to be extremely helpful, so I wanted to write short review:

I was very satisfied with the service for three reasons. First of all, Richard is very helpful and is genuinely interested in you succeeding. Secondly, he's very analytical and creative in a way he approaches things and I got some extremely useful insights about getting into the industry. Finally, the information that I have received from Richard is unique and simply cannot be found in any guides about the industry. The knowledge acquired about the interviewing process after sessions with Richard makes me confident that I will be able to convert opportunities to offers in the future.

Just to be concise, I would highly recommend having a session or a few with Richard if you are serious about breaking into S&T.
