I have an interview coming up with BlackRock PEP SA position and have very little information to work off of to figure out what exactly they are and what they do. From what I can gather they are mostly a FOF and invest as LP's in other PE funds. Can anyone confirm this?

Also just as a general question, what are they like? Has anyone done an SA or worked FT there?

I'm just trying to put some feelers out so I don't walk into this interview completely blind.

I am also wondering about BlackRock PEP. I have a superday with them coming up in two weeks and don't know what to expect for the interviews. I have only interviewed for Investment Management positions so far. Do you think the interview questions will be different? If so, would they be more technical do you think? Thanks in advance for your help.
