Welcome to ACM. We are an investment management and corporate finance advisory company based in Hong Kong and focused on Greater China and other selected countries in Asia.
Investment management activities are conducted through our Asia-Pacific regional management company, Asia Capital Management Limited:
investing in unlisted companies through private equity transactions;
investing in under-valued, small-cap listed companies;
managing secondary private equity assets for third-party investment funds; and
managing distressed assets.
Through our Hong Kong–based corporate advisory arm, China Advisors Limited, we provide advice on:
debt and equity corporate financings;
acquisitions, divestures or mergers; and
other corporate finance and investment management services; and
sourcing, supply chain management and logistics.
The ACM Group was formed in 1994 and we are fully licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide investment management advice and corporate financial advice. Our partners are senior, experienced professionals with a commitment to Greater China and Asia. We have accumulated knowledge, experience and relationships in our market over the last three decades.
